As an administrator in ahead you have the privilege to being able to change the look of ahead. You can create your own company theme based on a few variables under Company Settings > Design. Klick on the link to read the article on how to do it, but first we want to give you some best practises:

Logo

The logo size is restricted to 40 KB. Why? It enables ahead to run smoothly and fast on all supported devices - even if the internet connection isn't great. It is best practise to use a vectorised format such as .svg

Colours

Not sure which colours to use? A visit to your website usually helps to find out exactly what you need. We suggest you use hex values (e.g. #FFCC00) to set the colours. To find out the hex value of any colour on a website, there are a number of plugins available (e.g. ColorZilla for Chrome).

Corner Rounding

Don't make it too round unless your corporate identity demands it. Usually a value between 4 and 6 is fully sufficient.

Font

Not always an easy task. In order to be able to upload fonts to ahead, you will need them in the WOFF format. Most (free) fonts are already readily available on the internet for download (e.g. on Google Webfonts Helper). Custom fonts help you make your employees feel at home even more.
