Videos in Stories

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is worth a million. In addition to images and text, users can now also post videos in Stories. Employees can share unforgettable moments with their colleagues in a fresh and more engaging format.

Videos are available for all users in any Story, as long as the admins have enabled the Stories feature in the Company Settings.

Posting a video is as easy as it gets:

• On desktop, use the 'Upload video' button and choose a video from your device.
• On mobile (app or browser), expand the bottom menu 'Add to story' and select the 'Upload video' option. Then, you can choose a video from your device or record it on the spot.

Videos are limited to 1 minute in length. Keep them short!

One last remark: After uploading the video, the system will process it for a few seconds or minutes, depending on its length. Once processing is complete, the user receives a notification that the video is posted and ready for everyone to enjoy.
