We removed the read/unread toggle switch on the homepage. Although the idea of an “empty inbox” was tempting, we got feedback that this actually makes people miss information because it appears “gone”. That’s why we reverted this idea.
Read and unread news are still displayed in a different way, so your users know what is new.

Since topic groups have the functionality of serving as a headline for topics, these don’t have an own page anymore. Users would see nothing on this page, therefore we removed the link for it to reduce to frustration of clicking something and not getting any useful content.
