You can now navigate our search with your keyboard. Type something, press tab and jump into the results immediately.
Our navigation bar now slides into view as soon as you scroll up. That way you can get back to homepage quicker, get into the navigation or change a search term.
We worked on further developing our analytics. We can now see what position of the search item was clicked to find out, how relevant search results are for people. Are the first three relevant? Or do people not click at all? For us it’s important to also anonymize this information, so we don’t see who searched for what explicitly.
We researched technology we want to use to index our own content and make it searchable. We had a look at Elastic Search, Algolia and Azure Search.
