We’re working on making it possible to target specific audiences with information. Say you want to reach only HR people in Shanghai, that would then be possible. The backend for this is pretty much ready and we’re now building the UI for the news creator and redesigning the news feed to prioritise targeted news over the “general chatter.”
There’s a new design for news. With this we improve scanability by the news information underneath each other to the left. We did this based on feedback we got from Valiant intranet users, saying that they don’t want to “explore” news (card based design, think about Pinterest), but quickly skim through and see if there’s something relevant. We’re making it easier to read, not only look.
