Today we’re launching a big feature for ahead: the Company Compass. In order to have all employees work into the same direction, it’s important that vision, mission, company values and goals are clearly communicated and lived by the employees. We now offer the possibility to showcase those right in ahead. All editors have access to this feature and can create content. As soon as there is content, every employee sees the Company Compass on their homepage. If nothing is entered, everything stays as it is.
