We now have live notifications. That means that when someone comments on your story image, you get notified right away, without having to reload the browser. We want to further roll this out to other areas of ahead. Meaning that future ahead won’t require any reloading anymore and just pull in new data. As a result to this feature we also saw a lot more discussions happening and people visiting ahead more frequently.
Currently you get notifications when: someone comments on your news or topic page, someone replies to your comment anywhere, someone comments on your story image.
We got the ahead connector certified in the Microsoft Flow store. That means pushing updates from other apps to the activity feed is now a lot easier and less technical.
