Insights from our first ahead X Community event

In October 2022 we hosted the first ever in-person ahead X Community event for our customers.

What does the X in ahead X mean? It stands for both exchange and experience, and signifies what the event was all about.

Around 30 of our customers came from all over Switzerland to our offices in The Circle in Zurich for an afternoon of insightful exchange and networking. It was an inspiring experience to see our customer get to know each other and learn from one another.

Our guests exchanged amongs themselves about how ahead helped transform the internal communication in their organizations and shared their top tipps and ideas for employee engagement.

Our customers' feedback is very important for us, it lets us know their needs and allows us to always improve our product. We took the opportunity at the event to give clarity on the feedback process and how customer feedback helps shape the future of ahead.

It's a bright future ahead, and we are excited to continue providing a digital home for all employees, where they can connect, engage and inspire each other.
