Unless you were a seer, it was quite impossible to look at the numbers behind your company's intranet, wasn't it? But that changes now! We are very excited to announce ahead's new feature. Let's give a warm welcome to Insights! 👏
No more guessing, it is time for you to get that data! With the new feature, you now get access to helpful and precise information. If you are an administrator or an editor, go straight into your ahead profile button and click on "Insights". This is what the new feature can offer you.
Select the target audience you want to analyze (you can define these groups in your Company Settings), and you will get a weekly update on the following metrics:
- Total users: make sure everyone in your organization has access to ahead. This number should be aligned with the total of employees that are currently working in your company.
- Onboarded users: this provides you the number of users that have accessed your intranet at least once.
- Active users: check how many users have used ahead at least once over the displayed period.
- Engaged users: it shows you the number of users that have interacted with your intranet content at least once. This provides you valuable information regarding how engaged your employees are with ahead.
Trend over time
If you are craving for a perspective view, this second section is for you! Here you see the data collected over the past 12 weeks. This will guide you and show you if the internal communication strategy in your organization is working, or if it needs a push.
The content insights provide you the number of published content and the number of creators for one week. In addition, you can also take a look at the type of content that has been published: news, pages or stories.
