ARCHIPEL always keeps their employees up to date

With ahead, the general planning company ARCHIPEL pursues the goal of keeping its employees up to date and providing them timely information.

Archipel Generalplanung AG is an independent company with three locations in Switzerland. The company manages and coordinates architects, planners and specialists, thus enabling its clients to have a stable planning and construction process for their building projects.

Challenge

Before ahead we did not have an intranet in use. We distributed a monthly newsletter with the latest topics to the employees. The difficulty was that the information could not be communicated in a timely manner.

Goal

We primarily chose ahead as our new intranet because we wanted to offer our employees a platform on which they can obtain up-to-date information on a wide range of topics. We also appreciate the uncomplicated use for the users, as well as for the editors.

Onboarding

The simple handling made the application easy for all our employees. The possibility to comment news is an additional plus.

Greatest benefit

Unlike the previous monthly newsletter, employees can now react and interact with the latest information. Employees appreciate this exchange and the social aspects of ahead.
